Advises organizations on how to improve the way they plan for and develop the next generation of leaders.  Experienced in all elements of the process, from creating the overall philosophy and principles, identifying critical roles, identifying successors and high-potentials, assessing their fit the roles, identifying gaps, creating development plans to close gaps, and tracking progress.   He has designed and facilitated senior leader talent reviews and succession conversations.  He has also designed metrics, dashboards, and technology solutions to drive accountability and enable HR professionals and senior leaders to better understand the health of their talent pipeline.
