Alan L. Colquitt, Ph.D., Founder and Principal
Alan Colquitt has more than 30 years of experience improving organizations. He has worked at Procter & Gamble, Eli Lilly and Company and John Deere in a variety of HR leadership positions.
He has also served as an advisor to many companies as an independent advisor and affiliate with The Center for Effective Organizations at USC.
Alan has developed and implemented solutions across many areas of talent management and organization effectiveness. He is a strategic thinker, well versed in strategy development, strategy implementation and organization diagnosis and design. He understands the context within which changes in HR and Talent Management strategy, systems and programs must fit.
He has extensive knowledge of the external HR landscape with decades of experience working with many consulting firms, technology firms, research institutions, and HR think tanks.
A prolific writer and speaker, Alan is the author of “Next Generation Performance Management: The Triumph of Science over Myth and Superstition.” He is a frequent speaker and presenter at conferences, meetings, and special events. Alan has a strong commitment to educating the next generation of leaders. He has been an adjunct faculty member at several universities, teaching a variety of courses in addition to coaching MBA students.
